WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR OBTAINING THE DOCUMENT I NEED?
Timeframes may vary, but our standard turnaround time is estimated at four to five weeks; however, for more time-sensitive matters, we offer a Rush processing option, which may be completed in as little as two weeks or less.
WHAT IF I JUST NEED A PAYOFF STATEMENT FOR AN OPEN LIEN?
Sometimes there is an open lien with an older or current bank, and the process for obtaining the payoff statement will be a tedious and time-consuming task. We can work on obtaining that payoff statement for you, so you and your team can focus on other aspects of the closing.
